Our Strategy

In collaboration with VJSS, Schaechter Sports embarked on a journey to catalyze meaningful change in Vietnam’s football landscape. Together, they introduced a multifaceted digital training program, tailor-made for both players and coaches. This program served as a pivotal tool for nurturing and expanding football’s reach in Vietnam.

One of the key milestones was the introduction of “Watching Parties” – an engaging event format that allowed young football enthusiasts to experience the exhilaration of supporting their favorite Bundesliga clubs. This novel concept not only thrilled Vietnamese kids but also ignited their passion for the sport.

The journey commenced with a single German Bundesliga club launching its Football Development Program in Ho Chi Minh. Over time, the program’s success saw it expand to include two Bundesliga clubs, operating in four major cities across Vietnam. In addition, the partnership brought German professional coaches to Vietnam, elevating the skills and knowledge of local players and trainers.
