ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE WARM-UP OF THE U16 GAME BETWEEN EINTRACHT FRANKFURT AND JFA FUKUSHIMA THERE WAS THE FIRST HALF OF THE WORLD CUP MATCH OF THE JAPANESE AGAINST THE GERMAN NATIONAL TEAM IN QATAR.

After arriving at the „Riederwald“ the boys from Fukushima wanted to see their heroes the 1st half live - outstanding the reaction of Eintracht! Spontaneously they made their meeting room available for the Japanese guests and the team watched the game together with staff members from Eintracht. With the score at 1:0 for Germany, they went to the locker room for the friendly against the German giant.

This is football - this is what the game is all about and make it so special: building bridges and friendships as well as unforgettable moments and once in a lifetime experiences. That Germany lost 2-1 at the end was not part of the deal but anyway!
